Best Western Hotel am Spittelmarkt

"My partner and I stayed here in August, it was a gift as she'd booked Scooter for us to see in concert as my Christmas present. (My childhood dream) Apparently the hotel is central, it is NOT! there was very little around the hotel, shops, restaurants, pubs, etc. The staff on our first night stay were nice enough, they tried to help us arrange where to go for food as we hadn't ate since the airport that morning, however there is nothing on the door step, everything is about 30 minutes out. The rest of the staff for our stay, were dismissive and rude. They didn't even say good morning when you spoke to them. One member of staff actually laughed at us when we asked about a takeaway as we hadn't ate that night after seeing Scooter and a hold up with our train. Our room was small, with a smaller shower, no fridge. The bathroom had a sticky mark on the floor, so unsure if it had actually been cleaned or not? I'd personally give this place a miss and wouldn't recommend it. I won't be rushing back."

"This hotel was a little gem central to all the tourist stuff me and my sister had wanted to visit, food options near by were decent. The room was spotless however it could do with a mini fridge to keep juice cool and anything else, but all in all it was spotless and it was comfortable The staff in reception were very helpful with anything asked and we both had a lovely time"

"Hospitality was a 10 outta of 10. No mini fridge in the room & the room was definitely small for two people & luggage. However, very clean & direct access from a clean safe well lit parking garage was also a huge win. Was a pleasant stay. "
