Pley Hotel

"Location is close to Champs Elysee, so touristy area. Coffee shops, mini marts close by, so convenient. No noise problems, we were at the rear of the building. I stayed at this hotel in April with my daughter and we had a Superior Double Room with two twin beds. Room was nice, comfy and quiet. This time, my husband and I though we'd splurge and book the Deluxe room with two twin beds. Room was at the back of the building, and spacious. This room only had one chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed or desk stool. Not very comfy. We requested another chair, but did not receive one. The check in was supposed to be 3:00 p.m., but our room was not available until 4:15 p.m. I don't know if all Deluxe rooms are the same, but ours had a separate room for the toilet. The walk-in shower and wash basin was in a different room. We would have preferred everything in one room. Also, the sink was very unusual, had a sloping marble piece, no drain hole, and water splashed out all over the counter and floor. The front desk and chamber staff were very friendly and professional. Check out was a breeze. We received a link to check out on our last morning, so we were able to check out electronically."
