"The accommodation was good and the food very good with a lot of variety. Some tips for improvement: - Dinner starts at 19:00 h which is (too) late; 18:00 h would be better. - Bar closes at 22:00 which is too early, especially for visitors without children. - It would be good to have some entertainment in the bar at night (music, dance, ...) - The mattress of the double bed is (too) hard"

"The food is not very elaborated, but for few days, it's OK. All inclusive is very appreciated mainly with the warm and drinks. Personal ae very friendly, at bar and cleaning service, very appreciated. 20 minutes walk to the port, shops, restaurants, 10 minutes to the beach (where dogs are not accepted). The buildings from the Family part could really use a good refresh to bring them up to modern standard. Miss sofa + loungers to relax in our own home. Dogs are accepted on leads inside the Sowell resort."

"Awful, extremely disappointed. On arrival it’s a very run down Butlins. We had to pay tax €81 then deposit that we’ve had to wait a month to get back €150. English spoken that’s not the case at all only one man on reception. Blonde lady in the bar very very bad attitude not friendly and extremely rude. Some of the waiters extremely rude and obviously didn’t like the English. Food was awful, first day we had breakfast we had to try and fight our way through the wasps that were fighting over everything one of them had, had enough and drowned himself in the yogurt. Not hygienic at all. Food was tasteless and bland. Wasps everywhere over the cold drinks machines. Pool area was nice, people not friendly, not enough atmosphere. Entertainment none. Boring. A bit of a walk to the beach and no chairs umbrellas. Not the cleanest either. Very disappointed"
