"I have removed my last review as Ahmed Abu El Yazeed resolved the issue. On the beach allowed us to book a bungalow even though our daughter isn’t old enough. Ahmed front office manager was most helpful. Our 3rd time at the Palace."

"Absolutely loved the holiday, it was nearly perfect apart from one little thing, when you have visited the hotel 3 times or more you get a blue VIP band, entitles you to VIP breakfast, fruit in your room plus use of the VIP lounge in the titanic beach, but children are not allowed in so if a family comes 3 times and gets the VIP band they can't take children in, I think this needs to be changed so they can come in up to say 8 pm,"

"We arrived at hotel and were instantly impressed. The reception staff were friendly and incredibly helpful The room was spacious and very clean. But it was the staff that made this holiday special Everyone worked so hard to make your holiday feel extra special Nothing was too much bother Bar staff were attentive and abundant I never waited on a drink The beach bar was a friendly location to chat to others. The cleaning staff and Gardners never stopped ensuring the complex looked immaculate The water park had a good selection of slides, the wave pool was a little gentle but still a fun experience I wasn’t sure about Egypt as a destination but this hotel changed my mind. I very much expect to be back soon."
