"This hotel is the perfect location for a night out in Aberdeen, also very central for any stay in the city. I was pleased to find that it was a more recently renovated holiday inn and not one of the run down ones. The room was clean and comfortable. Service was very good. Decent value for a Saturday night."

"I'm furious and only giving one star because I wish I could give zero! I made a reservation for two rooms for my family for a two-day stay, but our flight couldn't land at Aberdeen Airport due to a storm. I called the hotel to explain the situation, and they assured me my reservation was canceled without any issues. To double-check, I even sent an email, but guess what? No response! Then, out of nowhere, I see a charge taken from my account days later, I called again, and they promised a manager would get back to me, but I'm still waiting. Beware of sharing your card details with this place—it's a total nightmare."

"Firstly, it was very difficult to find as there is insufficient signage in Chapel Street. They need sign that sticks out from the wall to alert drivers to location. Secondly, Magdalena was disrespectful and rude upon sign in. I am unused to such treatment by anyone. Thirdly, access should be directly available from car park. Fourthly, as in all Holiday Inns/IHG hotels, the buffet breakfast items were lukewarm or cold. Sausages weren’t cooked enough either. Heater didn’t work but was not needed."
