"I stayed here with my daughter for 4 nights. Check-in was easy, and I was even handed a warm cookie to take to our room. We were on the 5th floor. The room was immaculate and nicely decorated, with a Tassimo coffee machine, pods, sugar, a kettle, and a hairdryer. Breakfast was plentiful, and all the staff were lovely. The hotel is situated within a 5-minute walk from Ealing Common Station, and we managed to get into the center of London in less than half an hour. We visited Wembley Park Theatre to see Starlight Express and Harry Potter Studios. Once you get used to the trains, traveling is easy. Our only issue while staying here was that we found the room to be really cold at night, and the windows were letting in a lot of cold air. We were unable to change the temperature of the room as it kept reverting to a set temperature. Also, the lift stopped working a few times over our stay, and we were on the 5th floor, so 10 flights of stairs was a lot after walking around for 8 hours. Wouldn't put us off coming back though, all in all, a great hotel with friendly staff. Thank you."
