"The hotel overall is beautiful and has a lovely bar. However two weeks prior to check in date they had been called to see if they are able to provide balloons/decorations for my 18th birthday where money is also offered money if needed. once checking in where we actually checked in two hours after check in so they had plenty of time nothing was in the room no balloons prosseco anything! My boyfriend went down to the front desk to inquire about what had happened where they said they had seen the note but didn’t bother to check! They did say they would be up as soon as possible to fix the situation so we decided to go out in the hopes to come back to it finally being decorated. This again did not happen. So once again my boyfriend went down and asked and they apologized again and said it will be resolved . Then this took us into our second night of stay and once again never happened so we just gave up trying as it had already ruined the surprise anyway. As we were checking out the man had asked me how did i like my decorations for my birthday where i proceed to say they never brought anything even though we had asked multiple times for this to be fixed. Obviously this had really upset me on my birthday knowing i was going to have a lovley surprise once arriving but the hotel just didn’t do it and really didn’t care that they didn’t. Overall lovley hotel but staff really just didn’t care about our experience there i wouldn’t recommend this hotel if your going for a special occasion."

"A very spacious room was provided to us in what certainly appears to be an upmarket hotel. The hotel bar offers a decent range of drinks with happy hour from 4 to 7pm in pleasant surroundings. In the room the aircon worked as it was supposed to (which is a bonus!). Sleep quality was good although the king size bed was 2 mattresses pushed together resulting in some rolling. Located well for Shepards Bush and the O2 Empire which is just next door - but no noise problems - as well as Television Centre. The wifi was so painful we gave up with it and the Nespresso coffee maker was a euro style plug where there was no adaptor so couldn't be used. Otherwise I am happy with the value and would use again."

"I have spent four days trying to call and email the hotel with a very basic question. There has been no replies to emails and the phone rings endlessly until it just hangs up."
