"Our stay at Dao Dorsett Shepherds Bush was a disaster from start to finish. After booking a one-bedroom apartment with a laundry facility, we arrived late with our two children, one of whom has a broken wrist, only to be given a small standard room. The promised sofa bed was actually a single, stained mattress with no linen. When I complained, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, offering only a small discount and a promise to move us the next day. A staff member even laughed at me when I pointed out the lack of proper linen. Given the unacceptable conditions and rude attitude, we had no choice but to leave in the middle of the night and find another hotel. This hotel's complete failure to provide the room we booked, along with the unprofessional staff, made for a terrible experience. NB. Before writing this review , I have written to the hotel, to give them a chance to put things righr, but have been completely ignored."

"I almost want to gatekeep this hotel because it is amazing in every way. We stayed for 9 nights during Wimbledon season, and it could not have been more perfect for our needs. We booked a room with two single beds, and it had everything we needed and more: fully equipped kitchen, iron and board, clothes steamer, spacious fridge, safe, hairdryer etc. The property itself is very charmingly decorated (I love the Jin Bar downstairs). Breakfast selection was vast and very filling. There's a really nice laundry room free for use by guests, and they provide the laundry soap as well. Best of all, the location of the hotel is great--- there is a bus stop literally outside the door of the hotel where buses that take you to the more central part of London in 20 minutes or less. Train station (Shepherd's Bush) is about 300 meters away. The huge Westfield Mall is a block away. I will definitely stay here again the next time I find myself in London."

"What an incredible hotel! I chose this place because it’s so close to a few tube stations on different tube lines for ease of getting there around London. I booked a one bedroom apartment which was just stunning. I have to say a huge thank you to the staff who were all exceptionally helpful, polite and professional, especially Victoria one of the managers who linked my two back to back bookings together so I wouldn’t have to change rooms. Thank you! Notable benefits here: the room was so well stocked. In addition to more normal things like iron/ironing board/hairdryer it also had a hand steamer, full size fridge, integrated microwave and the toiletries were so good (conditioner that actually feels better than my one at home!). And of course it’s beautiful."
