"We went with family for an overnight stay for Halloween. Staff so friendly, food was great, we chose the self service. The Halloween entertainment was great with the three witches and the singer was amazing. Children were well entertained and lots of prizes."

"I’ve visited a few times now and up until yesterday would have scored a 5. The staff are excellent, they all work hard and really go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. The shows are really good. The reason for the 4 is down to 2 days of Halloween parties. Friday wasn’t too bad, however Saturday night, even though the hotel wasn’t full, there was no where to park due to the Halloween parties and had to park at the Merton suites ( it’s great they were able to offer an alternative) we had to ask for this to be opened to get in there and also when we departed this morning. I really felt for the entertainment team last night. They put 150% in to every show/ evening and when they were having to tell children off who were running round with ( what I assume are very expensive) headsets for the silent disco and swinging them round. They also found a broken one that had been snapped and was just left dumped. Such a shame when they put in so much effort. It’s great that they offer this and I was staying with my teen daughter and this is why I booked, however I wouldn’t return again to the hotel for Halloween based on this. However would definitely return as I normally do in the May school holidays."
