"I was very worried after reading some reviews but I have to say some are quite harsh although they are a few things that could be improved. Our room was amazing although no lift on our block so had to carry suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. Linen could be improved as looking a bit worn and stained. Also not enough plug sockets in the room. Food was ok but not very much choice for kids they preferred the snacks at lunch maybe mix it up a bit in the evening for kids with burgers pizzas etc. Also ice cream for desert in the evening as well. Ice cream between 4 and 6 only had 2 flavours strawberry and banana need more flavours, not sure if this was due to us going last week of the season.Could of had a bit more entertainment of an evening and more seats indoors. Getting to town you do need to get a taxi or bus but not too expensive. The location and views are incredible and the private beach is gorgeous. Shout out to the chef and the barmaid who is australian and all the staff all veryy helpful. All in all a very good stay."

"Stayed here for 5 nights early Oct, having booked through Love Holidays as a 5 star hotel. This hotel is NOT 5 star,not even close! 3 star at most. Food was awful, bland, cold and very little choice. Snack bar by the pool was better so we ate at lunch to not need so much in the evening. Entertainment was a joke....everyone sat in the lobby in full lighting with poor karaoke one night, a quiz another. Honestly it was terrible! The outdoor table tennis was worn and knackered and billiards (aka pool) was chargeable and not included as advertised. Small private beach was nice, so there was that as a positive...you just had to walk back up to the hotel for drinks. Room was OK, basic and cleaned daily. Staff not friendly at all, guests seemed an inconvenience! I read other reviews before going and thought maybe people were exaggerating...they weren't!! Kusadasi is lovely....this hotel is not! If you want a basic 3 star and are happy with poor food, bad Entertainment and overpriced spa book ahead. However there is so much better than this so I'd say avoid!!"

"Booked a 10 night stay,via On The Beach (OTB) as we usually like 5 star hotels. Must have been a clear night when they gave out stars, as we could only see 1 STAR!! In over 40 years of foreign travel we have never asked to change hotels, until we came here. The OTB rep was useless, he told us to ring them directly. We did, and after holding on in the queue for 40 mins, got through to “Colin” in their UK call centre. After some persuasion he agreed we could be moved, we offered to pay extra if necessary. He promised to get back to us, and we are still waiting ( 3 weeks later!) Terrible service. The hotel has gone past the tired stage, and is asleep 😴 Small rooms,unkempt, lifts can only hold 3 medium build people,20 year old dirty second-hand “coffee” machines,cracked tiles everywhere, no cleaning around pool areas,quite a lot of riff-raff,inadequate space to relax in evening, noisy,food just about ok, but we used microwave to re-heat. We changed rooms,as even on 5th floor the noise from the bar area well after midnight was very disturbing to other guests. We worked out that we were only paying £45pppn for fully inclusive, and maybe we were fooled by the “5 star” rating. We found out from other guests that their agents said it was 3star. The ONLY plus point is the situation of the hotel, and balcony views, oh and we had lovely weather."
