"I absolutely loved my stay at Hampton by Hilton Şişli! The team at the front desk were so kind and accommodating, always greeting me with a smile. The room was spotless and the bed incredibly comfortable. Breakfast had a nice mix of local and international options. The location is also perfect — quiet but still close to everything. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul! Special thanks to Abdullah & Gürkan"

"Avoid this hotel at all costs !!!! As a Hilton Diamond member, you expect a certain level of customer service. Not at this hotel. I booked a one night stay for my wife at this hotel. Upon arrival, she was informed that her reservation is not valid and that they are overbooked. Mind you, I booked it via dedicated Hilton Diamond member hotline. The front desk rips tells her that they will find another hotel “nearby”. Can you believe this? A pre-paid reservation and hotel is overbooked. Unacceptable. Anyways, if you are traveling to Istanbul, AVOID this hotel at all costs. Especially if you are a woman because you WILL get scammed."
