Mehtap Family Hotel

"I came solo and was made to feel very comfortable! Mustafa in particular was very polite and helpful. The location is brilliant! Near the beach, restaurants, shops and public transport. Unfortunately, the room itself was unclean. The curtain was broken so I couldn't close it, the fridge leaked overnight and the shower water was cold. I was given another room which was somewhat cleaner but still generally quite dirty. I'm not sure why but the housekeeper took the rubbish out of my bin and left it on the vanity table. I also had no bedsheets or blanket and requested them more than once. Sadly, I wouldn't return as I was abit disappointed"

"Stayed here for 2 weeks with family and friends. Location perfect and rooms lovely cleaning ladies are round daily. For food not so great we didn't eat there much. We enjoyed our time there most of the staff are lovely mustafa the owner is very nice well help if you need anything, Orhan is lovely man aswell. Theres 2 boys metehan and berat most friendliest people ever they played with my children daily made the effort with them, they would play hide and seek with them my children loved them. The jewellery shop onsite is a lovely little shop good prices lovely products and the owners Adnan and his wife are the most loveliest people ever we would sit with them and talk all the time they where also brilliant with the children. One downfall with one staff freddy very hard to speak to or get a conversation with only interested if your having a drink, the children would try speak to him he would ignore them and all of us, for the 2 weeks I can't say I ever seen him smile or even look happy. The pool and slide was a great hit with the children."
