"My wife and I both had an amazing 11 nights here in October, enjoying first class service from all the staff from start to finish. From reception at check-in who facilitated a room change quickly, the cleaners who cleaned our room daily to Umit the night manager, who made sure he said hello and checked everything was ok each evening. The restaurant staff were super attentive, making sure we always had everything we needed. Special thanks to Mustapha and Urgucan for their service- all the staff were excellent. The excellent pool bar and lobby bar staff made sure we always had our drinks without having to wait. Special mentions also to the managers and staff of the 2 a la carte restaurants- 2 special evenings- thank you. The food was superb for all 11 nights with plenty of variety, huge thanks to all the chefs and kitchen staff. We had a few days by the pool and also on the beach- we always managed to get a sunbed. Entertainment- the Ents manager was absolutely superb, bringing a little bit of joy every day to the guests, engaging without being intrusive. Overall we had an amazing time and have booked again already for next year. See you in 2026."

"Location - 1 hour transfer from Dalaman airport on Calis beach. Sand & shingle beach with hotel on sandiest bit for about 10 mins walk. The rest was deep shingle. Sea access had steep shelf & was windier/wavier in the afternoons. Lovely backdrop of mountains in bay & long restaurant/bar lined promenade. Hotel - Set in 3 low rise buildings facing the sea. Modern, smart and nicely landscaped. 3 interlinked infinity pools. Outside bar for fabulous sunsets & an inside bar too. Comfy loungers and very good towels in beach & pool areas and when we visited early Oct no issues getting a lounger space. Some noise heard in room from local bars especially on Sunday & early/late from hotels own restaurant/entertainment. Team kept all of hotel spotlessly clean. Room - Sea view upgrade worth it for light, view & sunsets. Very spacious. Very comfy bed. Well equipped room. We had an excellent cleaner with Vesile. Good shower both rainfall & handheld. Kettle,fridge,hairdryer. Balcony suitable only for average sized people - very narrow. Activities - Evening entertainment generally high quality. Stretching at 10 and hit at gym at 4. Yoga/pilates advertised but not there. Spa excellent with Balinese therapists & very helpful & knowledgable spa manager Patria. Mini shop & hairdressers. Food - Generally very good. Some labelling could be better eg types of fish. Breakfast fresh fruit ideally more. Turkish & Asian style food totallyexcellent & good fresh bread & salads. Wine ok. Italian restaurant had stunning views & was very lovely to look at. Food was really beautifully presented and served. We had mixed opinions on the food itself there though. Staff - Restaurant staff were very good. Lots of warm & helpful service given at every meal and staff went out of their way to remember you. Special thanks to Sevda & Sema who were brilliant at every meal in making us feel extra special. Initial arrival however poor - at 10pm at night 1 staff member trying to check in several people. No real welcome & rushed briefing. No drinks offered/help with cases at start & only food (unless we waited until midnight snack bar open) was soup & croutons. Disappointed to only have bottled water instead of filtered - we used up a lot of plastic. Overall - A relaxing break with really good staff & lovely views/setting. Thank you to all the team."

"Just back from our usual twice yearly stay.My most relaxed place to stay.Thank you once again to Umut,an amazing ambassador for the hotel,working flat out as night manager along with Real,Deniz,Svetlana ,Mustafa and the delightful restaurant team .Ugar Tansu and the bar team.It is my home from home.Kerim and I are never disappointed, We love our holidays at the Sundia.Customers are the staff teams priority.Back again in May!"
