"AVOID THIS PLACE. DISGUSTING MAGGOT LIKE BUGS AND INSECT INFESTATION. We experienced a HORRIBLE experience here. We reported electrical faults, water leaks and extreme hygiene issues in our rooms through our stay. The issues were not handled at all and was told to contact our booking agency for compensation (Loveholidays). Once I logged my complaints, the resort had told the agency that nothing was reported. Every party involved has been extremely stressful to deal with. For the sake of your sanity, just leave this page and pick another resort."

"On arrival to the hotel was interesting after going though the back roads, ⭐ Review of La Blanche Resort, Turkey ⭐ Unfortunately, our stay at La Blanche Resort was disappointing. The rooms were very dated and in need of refurbishment. The mini bar wasn’t topped up regularly, which was frustrating. The restaurant offered the same food every day, and the variety actually decreased as the week went on. There was also no kids’ area available, as it was closed during our stay — something we weren’t informed about beforehand. The drinks were just okay, but quite a few were out-of-date, which isn’t acceptable for a resort of this standard. The pool was freezing cold, and as the week went on, staff started packing away the sun loungers because the season was ending — which made the place feel like it was shutting down around us. Entertainment was nearly non-existent. We only had karaoke twice, and both times it was cut short. There was a kids’ disco, but it only lasted about 20 minutes. There was no kids’ entertainment during the day at all, and the daytime entertainment overall was very poor — the team just didn’t seem interested in interacting or getting guests involved. In the evenings, there were no proper shows at all ( karaoke) which was really disappointing as this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. We ended up going to bed early most nights simply because there was nothing to do. They advised shows had none so very bad as we paid good money to come here. Overall, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing, and we would not return. Although we understand we visited towards the end of the season, we should have been informed that there would be limited or no entertainment. If we had known in advance, we could have chosen another hotel that better suited our expectations as we paid very good money to come here. Overall, it didn’t live up to expectations and didn’t feel like a true 5-star experience. Overall, not the standard we expected and definitely not value for money."

"Spent 10 night at La Blanche with my partner and our 6yr old son. I’ve read quite a few reviews on the place since we got home and I tend to agree with most of the 3 star reviews. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, otherwise I might have given my review 2 stars. The main negatives are that the hotel is tired and in need of an overhaul. I imagine the place was stunning when it first opened, but feel no work has been done to maintain standards since then. Although we stayed there in the last month of the season, I was still disappointed with the food options which were the same most days with some slight changes. Also, we were informed most of the outdoor seating area of the restaurant was closed, so we had to sit inside the noisy cafeteria- type room. This was really frustrating, especially in the morning when breakfast with a nice view is appreciated. The alcoholic drinks extended to vodka, scotch and gin. I don’t really like any of those so tried a few cocktails, but most were just full of vodka (including those that should have been rum or tequila-based!) I asked the bar staff why they had no dark rum, white rum or bourbon, they said the hotel had ran out completely. I then noticed they had Jack Daniels for sale at €80 a bottle! Really frustrating when you’ve paid all inclusive prices. The kids club was a small room with 1 lady in attendance, where the children could colour or paint pictures. No fun at all. The brochure said that kids aged 0-3 must be accompanied by an adult, but the lady said under 6s must have a parent with them at all times. After an hour our son said he was bored so we left. He didn’t ask to go back. The kids pool & water slide area was fun but had no lifeguard in attendance, meaning some kids were running wild, walking up the slides, throwing things around the place and generally causing trouble. Considering they had 3 lifeguards sat in a hut on the beach it seems crazy that 1 of them couldn’t be posted in what was a secluded, potentially dangerous area of the property. We saw 2 injuries occur as a result. The snack bar was lovely with some really nice options - the food was much better there than in the main restaurant. Sadly only 2 of the 4 a la cart restaurants were open. The Italian was quite nice but the Turkish food was set menu and not to our liking. In both the snack bar and the main restaurant we regularly had to clear tables ourselves in order to sit down. This was disappointing as there was plenty of staff available to ensure tables were prepared for customers. All in all we had a decent holiday but we wouldn’t return to La Blanche."
