"We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. The food was of high quality, and hygiene was clearly a top priority — something very important to us. We felt completely confident enjoying every meal, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. What truly set our stay apart, however, was the guest relations team. Their attention and dedication made a real difference in our experience. İlke Konuk, the assistant guest relations manager, along with Eren, Ensar and Arda, our guest assistants, provided exceptional hospitality — İlke was especially outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, while our assistants were always helpful, professional, and attentive. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the beautiful surroundings to the excellent food and impeccable service, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!"

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, probably the best we’ve stayed at as a family. The facilities are first class, the food was amazing and the staff were very helpful. The kids club was on a level I haven’t seen before. The gym was incredibly well equipped. The pool was really nice and the access to the hotels own beach was really good. Even tho the hotel clearly wasn’t full when we were there I can’t imagine ever having issues like getting sun beds etc. The quality of the restaurants was really high, and even though you pay additional for some of the a la carte the food was fantastic. In particular the steak restaurant and the Japanese Teppanyaki. We don’t often like going to the same place twice, but we would love to return to the Titanic."

"We felt very special to be greeted at the entrance by a young man in a suit who told us to sit and relax while he checked us in and ordered what we wanted to drink Then personally took us to our room which had the most stunning views. The room was beautiful with the most comfortable bed. Always kept clean and a fully stocked mini bar and snack draw Everyone of the staff we met couldn't do enough for us very friendly and welcoming How they stay so happy day after day I don't know. Lovely smiling young guy at the Italian/24hr My husband had pasta that was a bit to spicy with chilli He noticed and went and got my husband some yogurt drink to calm it down. A very attentive gesture. The waiters at the beach were always asking to get you a drink. You couldn't help but give them tips which they seemed very surprised at. I don't think many people tip. It would be good to have a tip box for the buffet restaurant so everyone could share it as we never knew who to give it to. The friendly staff at the coffee/Irish bar. They had every cocktail I asked for The lovely man in the patisserie where the cakes, chocolates and pastries were the best and made me gain a few pounds The food was very good in the buffet Wine was a good standard The biggest disappointment was the entertainment it started off well with the carnival night the dancers were incredible After at the crab bar first time it was exciting seeing all the lights the girls dressed in costumes and dancing. The lady on the trumpet and the guy on the bongo drums but it was the same every night. We were sick of hearing the bongo drums and the techno music. Not everyone at the resort is under 30 so no music for the older ones that love to dance. A disco night or Motown music played would have been great. Like the type of music we heard coming from Lujo next door The night before we left we couldn't go to the crab bar as a private party Then the last night again the conference group had the whole of the main stage area so no entertainment for other guests which was a big let down. Felt the guests came second to the conference people. We have been to all of the Titanic Hotels. Always excellent standard. We personally liked the Belek on better"
