"Staff was absolutely brilliant. Reception always helpful when answering any questions or arranging transport to different place. Cleaners kept room clean and tidy, always going the extra step to do something nice. Animation team absolutely made the experience, their dedication and programs were amazing. All were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Brilliant service!!"

"This hotel isn’t a 5 star 3 at the most. We arrived at this hotel at around 9.30pm, we asked if there was anywhere for us to get our children some food, the answer was no not until midnight, the only service was room service, which you have to pay for, never known this in a 5*. Room - 1 double, 1 single & 1 put up bed, to this bed collapsing. The floor in the room was never cleaned all the time we were there, the fridge was empty we had refill the fridge ourselves with water only. The patio doors you had to pick it up to close. Pool - you have to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve a bed, the area is very slippy, the slides are only open at certain times. Towels are only available between 8-11am Food - we aren’t fussy eaters the food was shocking, we all struggled to find any nice meats and to eat, we lived on salad/rice & chips. We only went for breakfast once. Any of the above I’ve never know in a 5* hotel. 2 of the nights we ended eating out at Leon Restaurant in Kemer, they offer you free taxi service to & from the Hotel. Drinks - not a great choice, the wine is just drinkable, the beer is good, very limited cocktails. They didn’t know what a strawberry Daiquiri was. No waiter service around the hotel even in the restaurants. There was some kids around the hotel kicking your doors, I understand this isn’t the hotels fault but all the 5* hotels we’ve stayed in we’ve never had this. All in all even though we had a good time and the staff work so hard, and it’s clean in areas. I wouldn’t return to this hotel. Definitely not 5 STAR"

"Book at own risk. If we had paid less i would feel less strongly. This is not a 5 star hotel. 3, maybe a weak 4. Once we made peace with the cards we were dealt with, we enjoyed 4/5 days of our 8 day holiday. Our holiday started on a wednesday. But i have to comment on these aspects for context. 1. Check in. We had booked 2 rooms- one family for 3 people and one double room. we were offered a 'free upgrade' to a sea view with connecting rooms. Totally unsafe stairs, weird little rooms. And eventually after nearly 3 hours walking to and fro we were settled into a standard room with 2 single beds and another with a double bed, cot bed and single bed. All single beds were broken. They had no bedding for the 'french' bed (double) - i have no words! 2. Allergy information is wasted! I was told to read the labels. There was no food labeled as containing nuts at all. There were no labels on the dessert bar. Of course i knew there were nuts everywhere. Asked the Chefs as i was told. They needed an interpreter too! So my son had a stew and rice, had a reaction. The following day i was told they use nuts in local cuisine! Couldnt see a doctor unless i paid €120 to get them in. 3. Food was terrible for the first 3 days, to the point that we stocked up on bread and burnt pancakes. There was a snack bar by the beach which served reasonable burgers and chips- that kept us going. I wont comment on allergies- if you have food allergies, stay away. 3. Communication was terrible! English is not my first language. But it is what i use to commmunicate. My son understands some french. I have never been to a hotel where you struggle to find staff who can communicate in English or French! 4. Cleanliness- they tried in the communal areas. In thr rooms though- there was old dust and cobwebs. I preferred for them not to come in- put labels and they still came.in to 'make' the bed i.e. remove the double sheets we eventually got, and replace them with single sheets, overlapped to cover the dounle bed (i have pictures). Every evening i had to request a sheet to the 2 of us could have some covers for the night. Left notes to request they leave it (do not make the bed/ do not touch/ do not disturb) language was probably impossible to understand I could go on, but im tired of typing negatives! The kids and I really enjoyed the warm indoor pool and the kids club and the kids disco in the evening. Im still singing soco bate vila and la bomba. The entertainment was engaging. The animation crew was friendly and amazing. The coffee from the bar was edible. Maybe because i added Baileys to it. Now, would i go back? Probably, with my own bedding and own snacks if i found the hotel on a huge sale. And maybe budget for more take away."
