"We stayed at this hotel in October for 9 nights. In our group there was 2 adults , a 4 year old and an 18th month old. We had booked a standard room and were given a room in the main part of the hotel (just above reception) the room was small but we made it work. In the room we had a double bed , a single bed and a cot. Towels and linen were changed every day and the mini fridge was re-stocked every day with soft drinks , water and fruit juices. No Alcohol in the mini fridge.
Pools were a bit on the cold side but my kids were ok in them but just takes you a while to get used to the water. We managed to get sun loungers no bother and definitely no sun lounger wars during the time we were there. The kids splash park was really good and I went on the bigger slides a couple of times. Activities happening around the main pool most of the day. Exercise classes (trampolines in the water, Exercise bikes in the water) in the morning. Games in the afternoon and they had a foam party on one afternoon. They also have an indoor pool and the water in the indoor pool was hotter than the outdoor pools.
The beach was nice and just across the road at the back of the hotel. The sea water was probably hotter than the pools. We managed to get sun loungers at the beach but I would recommend to getting down there early to get sun loungers as the 2 times we went to the beach it was very busy. Its not really a sandy beach so would definitely suggest getting beach shoes. They also have a nice pier with sun loungers and an area at the end of the pier that you can jump off.
Bars, we had no issues with the bars and although the main bar can be busy at nights we didn’t find ourselves waiting too long for drinks. We liked the cocktails there and the beer was Tuborg which was fine. If a drink is not on the menu they were happy to try and make it for you. Marin Bar (behind reception) was really nice and we found we got the best cocktails from the Marin bar. The beach bar is also open until late at night and a couple of nights we went down to the beach bar and they have a play park there as well. Was very quiet over there at night and kids were happy playing in the park and good to get away from the entertainment for a night or two.
The kids bar (flamingo bar) was absolutely brilliant and the kids (and adults) loved it. Milkshakes , smothies , Moktails, frozen drinks, ice cream, fruit juices, fresh lemonade and haribo in a cup all served here and this bar was open until late as well, which was good.
Food, breakfast was fine and we did not have any issues with breakfast. Just don’t expect Bacon or British style sausages. Freshly made omlettes were really nice, pastries and doughnuts all really tasty and always found something to eat for adults and kids. For lunch we just used the food courts which we found brilliant and a real highlight. Freshly made food and we did not get round to trying to all the food at the food courts. The waffles and Gozleme were lovely as well. They have a snack bar at the beach as well, the chicken Doner was lovely from the beach snack bar. Evening meal we always managed to find something to eat but was probably our least favourite time to eat, we felt the food could have been a bit hotter as well. They did have theme nights on throughout the 9 nights we were there and some of the food on the theme nights was lovely.
Entertainment, at night they had a kids mini disco on every night and then some kind of entertainment after that . A couple of nights they had a singer at the main bar , but most of the entertainment was in the amphitheatre and because we were there with 2 young children we never seen much of the evening entertainment to be honest.
Had no issue with the staff and overall we found the staff really friendly and polite. Be polite to the staff and they will respond. The man working round the pool (Mehmet I think was his name) was really good and he come round the pool taking drink orders and bringing them to your sun lounger he worked extremely hard.
All in all a really good family holiday and this hotel ticked a lot of boxes for what we want for a family holiday and we are thinking of going back in 2026."
