"Golfing party of 8. Second year in Belek. Pros for the hotel - clean, staff very good, food was very good, plenty hot water great indoor pool. Cons - rooms looking tired, wonky shower, very little storage space for clothes, uncomfortable beds and useless pillows. Antalya golf club and courses were excellent but very busy. 400 golfers on the Pasha course one day. Stayed last year at Sueno deluxe and consider that a better hotel."

"We came to play golf so the Sirine Belek Hotel was perfect for golf and great courses. We were also lucky that our rooms were upgraded to a mini-suite with a view overlooking the pool area. They were very nice and clean. Every day the rooms were cleaned with fresh towels. Laura golf picked us up at the airport in a nice Mercedes Sprinter van, complete with cold beers and strait to check-in. The staff were always willing to help and went beyond what normally was required. When my friend, with a prosthetic leg, had problems with some screws that came loose, the staff found a solution. The staff also helped us to find a pharmacy for medical help. There was never a need to leave the hotel grounds (other than playing golf ). We had all we needed to keep us entertained and all within walking distance."

"We had a Bohemia duplex swim up villa for two adults and two children below age of 10. We chose this option, because we liked the pictures of the tasteful interior design and the direct access to the stylish pool, as well as the comfort of the exclusive area at the beach, away from the main buffet for avoiding sensory overload as we are very sensitive to too many impressions. Our expectations from before the trip were fully met. What was perfection and actually the most important to us was the staff and the service 🥰. The hospitality is truly the best I've experienced in my countless stays in comparable places: Attentive, friendly, informing, responsive, supportive, comforting, relatable... I honestly don't know how this could be done any better! What impressed me most is the dignity and warmth with which the staff carried themselves, expressed by a keen sense of understanding when to show closeness and when to keep distance. This isn't something you just train into people, this requires careful selection and development of characters and speaks volumes about management capabilities and workplace atmosphere. We felt very welcome and valued throughout our stay. Any slightest criticism or need was taken serious and a solution was promptly offered without the slightest bit of defensiveness or attitude. I MUST truly commend the team for the depth with which they treated us as guests... Then the quality of the foods, drinks and amenities. There were quite a few memorable things that we enjoyed. One great experience was in the Limone a la carte restaurant. They didn't have Pesto, which we found strange for and Italian themed restaurant and one of the children really really wanted that. You know such things can ruin your evening! The staff thankfully improvised something. But what then blew me away was the quality of the food! This was the ONLY memorable a la carte restaurants I had in all my stays in countless all-inclusive venues. The Carpaccio and the Vitelo were top, the Pasta with beef was great but the küșleme was incredible. The Bohemia beach bar was just perfect in its selection of food, drinks and services. Not to mention the great view of the sea. We enjoyed that every single time. Criticizing anything here feels really unfair considering the overall experience and was shared with management privately as hints for achieving overall perfection in all details.
