"SPA: Good strong hands on the 30' min "pressure point foot massage" that I received from Aida, but it's more of a "Reflexology-type" foot massage, and it could cause disappointment if there is not a "health concerns" communication chat before the treatment starts... Spa reception: Sara and her friend, who is a reflexologist (I am so sorry that the spa was closed when I went back to check your name!)...so warm and lovely, really listening to me and making me feel very, very acknowledged when I was telling them about a few concerns I had about my treatment...And thank you to Mogin ( sorry about the name if it's wrong), who is very enthusiastic and helpful in helping out with booking the treatments
All the front-desk reception, staff is super friendly, helpful and smiley, a special mention for Malek and Linda, who helped me in various occasions, and another super kind lady (I am so sorry I was not able to write down your name, as I was in a hurry...but you helped me when asked you for the late checkout in the evening of the 20 Feb, and also called me in the room to confirm it and give me peace of mind.
Atef, at La Luce, well done! I heard you presenting all the menu options so enthusiastically... at the table next to mine! ( I had a not-so-energetic first good experience with my waiter, although probably he was at the end of his shift on his first day of Ramadan...so I don't want to say this negatively to hurt him, just to help him strive for top excellence, at the amazing hotel you all work at.Also, thank you, Atef, for going the extra mile, taking it more seriously than others, and listening to me about the broken tile in between the pool and the parasols at the pool nearer to la Luce...It could cut people's skin on their toes and feet, like a knife!! (same as the little dark metal square, on the floor in front of the X-ray machine at the Reception, next to the table with tea and seeds), it has broken my new leather Tunisien sleepers...and someone with sandals could get really hurt on their toes/skin...sort the health & safety issues, Hilton 🙏🏾 TOP PRIORITY!!
Thank you to Fakia, the sweet smiley lady who does my room and my mother-in-law's room too...so attentive and helpful, as well as her lovely work colleagues on our floor: Sonia and Nour, and their friendly, professional and hardworker supervisor, Najet, leading by example, working hard "hands-on" also with a smile when necessary....All the hard-working ladies in the bedrooms are AMAZING!! And also the quiet, hard-working ladies that enter the restaurant at the end of the meals... thank you for all you do!
Super well done, Abdelhak... Public area attendant, always working so hard everywhere, especially in cleaning the toilets in front of the restaurant...not easy!! And you do it with a sweet warm smile, quiet and hardworking, nonstop...👏🏾👏🏾Thank you!!
Thank you to Casilda, I totally appreciate your approachability in coming to say hi at breakfast time and chatting for a bit answering my questions and cultural observations...also going the extra mile offering to find out an email that was hard for me to find...and thank you to the elegant and super friendly and bubbly Restaurant supervisor who came to find you so quickly when I asked her if I could say hi to you... (I am so sorry I don't remember your name...But I totally remember your sunshine face!)
Thank you to the whole hotel, we had an amazing time, and February can also be super enjoyable: quiet and still possible to have baths in the sea or a cold outdoor pool. The food was superb, and with easyJet, you made it possible for us to afford such an all-inclusive top experience... THANK YOU!! WE'LL TRY TO COME BACK AGAIN!!
In the restaurant, Badiaa, very professional and actively busy, while kind + friendly and sweet...and I am so sorry I didn't write down more names to mention you...but ALL THE CHEFS AND WAITERS!!...Especially the ones doing the creps, the omelette, the fresh cooked meat/fish/shrimps...and the super hardworking waiters clearing up the restaurant non stop, fast, efficient and helpful when needed...
Yessin, life guard at pools, thank you for being kind and friendly and watching that everyone is safe, also going to the beach if necessary... don't forget to keep smiling, and I hope your mum is feeling better.
Thank you to the engineers looking after everything and working so hard outdoors this week! And the painters who are making sure all is looking new and awesome! Thank you to all the security personnel, making us feel so safe: at both sides of the private beach, at the front gates, at the x-ray machine... thanks to you, all runs confidently in the hotel...BIG THANK YOU!!!"
