"Unfortunately I was disappointed with this hotel. It's definitely not what I would class as a 4*, more like a 3*+ We had a decent sized family room that had sliding doors to partition off the rooms for privacy, which we were really pleased about, unfortunately though, they were very rickety & kept coming off the runners. The lighting was awful & very dim, so was very dark in bedroom when partitions were closed. The air con was old & not strong enough, didn't cool the room down at all. The pool area was nice, but there was only 1 way in & out at shallow end, there were no steps to get in or out at the deep end which is very deep! I booked all inclusive but everything is NOT all inclusive! It's very limited & the all inclusive cocktails is just a spirit with a very weak fruit juice. You have to pay extra if you want a proper cocktail! Wasn't impressed with the breakfast buffet, not much choice at all but the lunch & dinner buffet was good, some delicious lamb & beef dishes! The puddings were delicious & lots to choose from! Most of the staff were so lovely & friendly but there was also a certain few (bar staff) that despite us always smiling & being very polite when getting a drink, they never once smiled back & always looked at us like we were an inconvenience to them. Thankfully the beach & weather was beautiful! If you go to this hotel with the mindset that its a 3* then you wont be so disappointed. I did love that there are horses on site & can go & see them. Last but not least, our room cleaner, Mohsen, was fantastic! He went above & beyond, so helpful & such a hard worker & always smiling!"

"Our second visit to this hotel and was equally as good as the first. When we arrived many of the staff remembered us and made us very welcome which was great. This trip was to celebrate my wives 70th birthday and our 50th wedding anniversary and thanks to the staff we had a great time, my wife had a super cake made for her by the chefs who came out and sang happy birthday and the receptionist arranged for flowers to be delivered to our room for her, many thanks. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy and is right on the beach, there is a beach bar just beside the swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds so no worrying about getting up early to fight for them. The food is very Tunisian in style and is very plentiful with lots of choices at every meal, the drinks are also of a good quality with some good cocktails. Our room was kept very clean with fresh towels every day, with petals and towel animals on the bed, our room cleaner was very polite and always smiling he was great. Thanks to all staff we had a great holiday on our special anniversary and look forward to seeing you all again soon."

"Back for second time, first time at Hotel Le Sultan and it was Brilliant. The staff very friendly and helpful.. Hotel was very clean, the rooms kept spotless everyday & with Amazing views. Hotel had an super atmosphere noise levels were great. Private beach with drinks served to you it was so Special and will definitely return next year for another venture.... Want to give the Spa & the Absolutely Amazing Team 1 Huge Special Mention for The Treatments & massages..... Just WOW...... See youz 2026 Hugs from Kasia from Poland"
