"16 of us stayed here in 6 rooms and it was perfect for our needs and a great breakfast"

"Stayed here in January 5 girls on our annual 4 night break to Tenerife for some wintersun. Normally stay at Hollywood Mirage but sadly it was full. We arrived at 1.00pm and check in is 4.00pm. Girl on reception was quite rude and said our room was ready and we could check in there and then if we paid 30 euros which we refused to do. Went for a walk, got back at 3.30pm and she still would not let us check in until 4.00pm We had booked a sea view room and this was up a very steep walk. These apartments are not at all adequate for the less mobile. Apartment was nice though on the balcony we got constant strong smells of drains. We did not use the pools so cannot comment on these. Breakfast okay you would not want to have it for more than a few days We definitely will not be returning."

"This hotel totally exceeded all our expectations when we stayed at beginning of December 2025. I emailed ahead to request a top room with sea view and that's exactly what we got...a huge room with huge balcony and views of all los christianos..thankyou..on this holiday we had stayed at hard rock hotel and hotel which is at the base of mount teide both way more expensive than Beverlyhills Suites but neither gave the exceptional customer service we got from in particular the receptionists who went out of their way to make our stay the best. It is a bit of a walk to the main drag but there's some super restaurants in the area of hotel and a good vibe we are looking forward to our next trip to Tenerife as we will be booking Beverly hills🤗"
