"This place blew me away. It was my first trip to Tenerife and I was hoping for good weather no other expectations. This hotel meant that not only did I get good weather, I had an incredible hotel experience. Stunning room (Junior Suite - I think it was their standard but it goes way beyond standard). The rooftop pool, the staff (restaurant, rooftop pool, room, spa) were all delightful and amazingly helpful. The food was incredible. I was half board and every night they changed the buffet and without fail it was varied and delicious. Breakfast buffet was beyond! Plus they offer a fresh cooked menu all inc. Mexican breakfast was a staple. Amazing. Great oat latte - just saying! I had an excellent facial in the spa. Would have had more treatments - next time. I'm definitely going back. I have recommended this place without hesitation and two sets of friends have already booked! I am evangelical about it."

The welcome was simply outstanding – we were greeted with genuine smiles and a glass of chilled champagne, while everything was explained to us with the utmost care and professionalism. A kind and attentive young gentleman brought our luggage to the room and took his time to show us how everything worked. When we entered the room, we were delighted to find a bottle of champagne waiting for us, accompanied by delicious little appetizers – a wonderful and thoughtful touch. The suite itself was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed and equipped with every imaginable comfort. The bed was heavenly, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep, while the large bathroom – featuring both a bathtub and a rain shower, as well as two separate washbasins – exuded pure luxury. Our room was cleaned twice a day with impeccable precision, each time with fresh towels and complimentary bottles of water. The minibar was checked and restocked daily, and nothing was ever missing. The service throughout our stay was flawless – attentive, discreet, and always with a smile. The terrace offered a breathtaking panoramic view, one of the most stunning we’ve ever experienced – truly the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of Tenerife.
