"Some of the clientele who stay here are rough and very loud.. Today, my last day, thankfully, I’ve seen a 80ish year old dad with his 50ish old son, pissed as they were drinking all day, and the Dad was walking around naked, and falling over, they were swearing and kids who witnessed it were crying.. No hotel staff or security came to remove these 2 very drunk people… and although there is a sign up to say they won’t serve people who are drunk, they still carried on… Food is okay, if you want to eat pizza, chips, fried stuff… food is of poor quality, although lots of salads and fruit… breakfast is good.. There are some very loud people, who swear a lot and have no thought for other people.. it’s not even cheap! However the fitness instructor is great, the bar staff are absolutely lovely.. rooms are great, very clean with lovely balconies.."

"We stayed 21/10/25 until 28/10/25 as a family of 8 over 3 rooms. Check in at the hotel was very quick and easy. Rooms were basic but very clean. Food was good and with lots of variety everyday even for the busiest of eaters. Staff were always very polite, professional and very hard working, nothing was too much trouble. Top pool was always very busy however the Pool with the bar we always found bed chairs or chairs. Hotel is very well placed for a going out and about with the beach, restaurants and bars only 10 minutes walk away. Nothing to complain about whatsoever, please ignore the bad reviews, too many people feel a need to complain about anything and nothing !!! It is a 3 star hotel not a 5 star hotel, but a very good 3star hotel !!! Happy to stay there again most definitely."

"We weren’t really sure what to expect when we first checked into the hotel, walking past a fairly raucous and chaotic swimming pool with music blaring and every sun bed full with our luggage on the way to our apartment. Our worries were lifted when we arrived at apartment, number 4105. It was on the ground floor and the rear door opened onto a lovely sunny terrace and then down 3 steps onto a much quieter and calmer second pool area with plenty of sun beds and its own bar. Air-con was a lure for us which kept the apartment cool at night and the WiFi worked well. The apartment was spacious and the beds comfortable. Sometimes a little noisy in the echoey corridors later at night, but we were really pleased with it. The guys in reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel is around 10-15 mins walked from 2 fabulous beaches - Fañabe and La Pinta. The walk back is on an incline which didn’t bother us but could bother the less mobile. It is 10 minutes from Siam Park by taxi, which will cost around €8. We found the food excellent on the all inclusive package. At breakfast you could choose from fresh meats and cheese, cereals, yogurts, pastries and doughnuts, prunes, apricots, fresh fruits, cooked while you wait omelettes, a full English with fruit juices, various coffees, milkshakes and so on. We spent most days away from the hotel so only had one lunch there which was great. Evening meals started at 6.30 which was a tad late for us, but again there was great choice with food for all tastes which varied each night. There are also hot dogs, pizzas, burgers, and chips etc for the kids if they aren’t into pasta dishes, local cuisines, meats and so on. There’s a chest freezer full of ice cream also along with a vast selection of desserts. You can book excursions from the hotel and our Jet2 rep visited on a couple of occasions. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to families."
