"Wow where do I start : Easy the “ People” Aldo, Fermin & Claudia , the management and reception team are in incredible 😎 , In fact they are all “Outstanding” . Accommodation is superb and has that key factor ”it’s spotless“ In every way . We started All Inclusive and haven’t left the place for food or drink , it’s just to good ( whoever makes the Soup get on Masterchef you will win it 😎 ) Drinks and wine in particular are amazing and the location superb with entertainment ( Elton John Tribute should be In Vegas( street me I’ve been there he is the best along with the Rock Tribute Band where also superb This is 4 Star and you get 5 star in every way , and by some way the best all inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in , Thanks Again Aldo 😎 and all the team , your all as good as it gets , here is what you are ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐"

"We stayed here from 23rd -30th Dec. Welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch. Room was immaculate and cleaned daily. The food was fantastic...too much to choose from each day.. The gala Xmas dinner was incredible. The staff in all areas were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Never had to wait more that a few mins for a drink. The only downside would be the lack of sun around the pool areas due to the layout of the hotel. Be prepared to get up early to reserve a lounger if this is your thing. We preferred the rooftop area to sunbathe during the day which is the only part of the hotel to get the sun all day. It opens from 10am but again be prepared to queue from 9.30 of you want to get one of the 10 or so beds available. The hotel is only a five minute walk to the beach. Plently of bars and restaurants close by. We'd 100% stay here again"

"Immaculately clean hotel , we stayed half board, the restaurant was always clean and loads of selection. The breakfast was the meal that I struggled with . But I’m not a breakfast person, I’m also not a fan of buffet food but I did enjoy a few meals in but we mostly ate out. The roast meats at lunch time were always beautiful I mainly just had these and veg . The only reason I gave it a 4instead of 5 is the food is the only thing that could have been better."
