"Nice welcoming hotel in Tenerife. Great reception service albeit never had to take our own bags to our room in a long time! Room was very nice with a great view only issue is room38 is underneath the gym so between 8am and 9pm the usual gym noises can be heard. Food choices seemed good but unfortunately every themed restaurant couldn’t provide an adequate meal for travellers with allergies unless you’re happy with salad and chicken and chips every night. That said the World Cafe was adequate with a great stir fry chef but gets a bit samey even on a 4 night stay. We stayed preferred club which had some nice touches for drinks and snacks. The main pool area was busy, so preferred sun bathing area was a luxury essential to escape this. However typical that nice beds in this area are reserved well before 8am and sometimes not used till after 12noon! No hotel policing whatsoever. Location is good 15mins from the airport and best staff found in the world cafe and on reception, super helpful on our last night sorting out taxi’s. One star lost for food issues and gym room."

"This is our second visit to this wonderful hotel. Sometimes when you repeat a property it doesn’t quite live up to how you remembered it, but not this hotel. It’s an oasis of peacefulness. We went with Preferred this time and it’s well worth it. The Preferred lounge really makes a difference. Breakfast is less busy and apart from the usual food buffet style they make everything to order. Not only that but there are also snacks, drinks and cakes in the afternoon which are included. Every single member of staff are lovely, and cannot do enough for you from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. There’s fitness classes in the morning and a sea facing open air gym with a roof. Half board means you get to choose between the buffet style restaurant and 3 other on site restaurants (pintxos, Italian and steak house), so you can mix it up if you’re there for longer. Special mention to Camila on reception and Ana, waiting staff."

"We’ve stayed at a number of hotels on the island. Including a couple of 5*s and we’ve never stayed at this hotel before as we usually filter 5* only and this doesn’t show… after a recommendation we visited, and it’s actually better than a number of the 5* hotels we’ve stayed at in Tenerife. I must clarify that we stayed in a Junior Suite with the “Preferred club” access. My only comment is that there appears to be a race to sunbeds in the morning… and this could be the answer to our question… you shouldn’t need to set an alarm to secure sunbeds in prime locations. It became a bit of- if you can’t beat them- join them! Despite this minor criticism- it wouldn’t put us off visiting again."
