"Booked 2 rooms, 17-30 Sept. ages 41-73 The hotel reception and dining-room teams were always accommodating and friendly. The guests were friendly, too. The rooms while plain and simple, are very comfortable; mini bar or coffee making facilities not available. Nice pool area; well maintained. Spacious community rooms. Great Sangria at the hotel bar. Breakfast and dinner was good and so was the selection; any beverage at dinner was extra. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good to very good. Location was perfect; 3 min up the street from the beach - Balneario Nº 3. Supermarket another 2 min the other direction; a mini market 1 min away, same as the bus stop. No children allowed. Ya, nearly all German guests at this hotel; you'll love them. They make Majorca a much more colorful place to party, and they do. Carmen Playa*** hotel delivered as advertised. We would return. We would recommend."
