Nautic Hotel

"Apparently, this was a 4-star hotel when we booked it, but I beg to deliver – It was 3-star at best. The rooms were basic with a shocking view and in fact one of our group had to move because it was flooding but even then, the hotel wanted to charge for that. Breakfast was included but it wasn’t up to much either. The service at the bar in the hotel was also poor. If this is Easy Jet holiday accommodation, then would recommend avoiding."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were here for 5 nights in a sea view room - great view of the marina/sea from our balcony, room spacious with comfy beds and good sized bathroom. Air conditioning worked very well and shower was powerful. Room was regularly cleaned and was kept spotless like the rest of the hotel. All staff we encountered were professional and friendly. Breakfast was OK (bacon was bit too fatty in my opinion) but there was plenty of choice. Evening meal was exceptional with plenty of dishes to choose from and all very tasty/well cooked. The roof top terrace had plenty of loungers, was well maintained and the pool was more than adequate. Nice terrace at front of hotel to watch the world go by, best cocktails in town (we did visit quite a few bars) and across the road from the beach. The only reason for not providing 5 stars is the fact that our safe was not working on arrival and wasn't resolved until next day. But otherwise can thoroughly recommend this hotel."

"Our overall experience was very good! We are world travelers and we have seen many places, from grand hotels to hostels. This hotel is definitely on the really good side! Room: For three people, one large bed and one sofa bed. Pillows, mattress and sheets very good. Water boiler and coffee machine in the room. Bathroom very spacious and nice. We had a side sea view from the balcony which was great. Air conditioning was good, and not noisy, you can set it on three levels, we had it on the lowest level which was cool enough for us. Food: the breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet were outstanding! I had not expected such a vast choice of food. It was delicious and fresh, every day! We even had a little five star experience when the meat chef grilled the steak, sliced it, seasoned it and put the slices on my mom’s plate. It tasted fantastic! Also the fruits, veggies, the Spanish ham, everything was very good! Pool: On the roof is a pool and a nice bar, we sat there in evenings, had a drink and watched the sunset and the sea. Very nice. Beach: the beach is one minute walk away. You can walk along the beautiful promenade, where you also have many shops and little supermarkets, it’s super convenient, you can get two beach beds for the whole day for 18 Euros, and you can go back to the room for a break from the sun, we found it super convenient, especially when traveling with children. Spa: we didn’t use it but you can get different treatments and you can book time at the indoor pool, all for a fee. Location: perfect for exploring. About 15 minutes on the bus to Palma, for shopping and sightseeing. Noise: you must be aware that the hotel is close to the airport. In high season, there is one plane per minute. It’s perfect for plane spotting, if you like this. I loved it. The air traffic stops in late evening, which is good. Staff: very friendly, very helpful and attentive. We had a fabulous experience and have already booked again for next year!"
