Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel

"Great location, amazing staffs and a decent property. Fantastic location if you are visiting for parties. Otherwise, the hotel is a decent 5 star hotel with over priced facilities. The next door hotel - Ibiza Unexpected is more modern and got amazing breakfast, from Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen. Ushuaia Beach hotel is bit old and purely for party people. Their food and beverage experience is decent. We had a great time at both the hotels and special shout out goes to Maria at the reception! Great attitude, friendly behaviors and always helpful!"

"Great location! Great entertainment. Club entrance included makes the price completely worth it! Loved the convince of being able to run back to our room to drop things off, switch shoes, freshen up. Also the walk to Hi was super close! This was our first trip to Ibiza but definitely not our last. I can’t Imagine staying anywhere else. Already planning next summers trip! Although we might stay at the Ushuaia unexpected next time. The rooms were a lot nicer."

"This year we had an extremely shocking and disappointing experience during our stay at Ushuaïa Beach Hotel . 👉 One of my valuable personal belongings (a scarf) disappeared after being handed over to Lost & Found together with my dress. While my dress was returned, the scarf had “vanished”… until, after my insistence, it was eventually found crumpled up and hidden in a restaurant drawer. Three members of the Beach Club team, themselves surprised and shocked, had confirmed that both items had indeed been handed in together. 👉 On top of that, we were unjustly charged €400 for a “concert-view” room upgrade, imposed for two nights, even though no concert took place on Friday evening. The local management tried to dismiss these serious facts as a mere “miscommunication”"
