"I booked the apartment last minute, and the deciding factor for me in choosing this hotel was that many apartments have sea views and it was possible to book an "upper floor" category with direct sea views.    I got an apartment on the 7th floor and was not disappointed:    The view was amazing, and I enjoyed sitting there in the morning, drinking my coffee with a wonderful view of the sea, and starting the day that way.    The check-in, very late in the evening, was extremely nice and super-friendly; I immediately felt welcome. And the reception staff in general was consistently friendly and very nice.    The apartment itself was spacious, the kitchen adequately equipped, and the beds were okay. Furthermore, the apartment was very clean. The first time I was only there for two nights, but I knew I would be back soon and returned a week later for a longer stay."

"13th to 20th September 25 - Half board . Overall very satisfied & Great location by the sea. Great mid-range hotel with a nice location in Patalavaca between Arguineguin and Amfi/Puerto Rico. Practical apartments with a large and spacious bedroom. Some rooms don’t have air con so ask when checking in that your room has it fitted . It was between 28 & 31 most days so was invaluable. The room had a well equipped kitchen and the bathrooms can vary slightly - again I would ask for upgraded room if placed on the 3rd floor as the wait times for the lifts is crazy ( only 2 out of 3 lifts in service during our stay). The was a good selection of food on offer at breakfast and dinner. There is a great pool area , that was spotlessly clean with lots of sun beds to choose from , maybe a little bit worn out but still very good with a nice reasonably priced snack bar. There is bus stop just over the road to take you into Puerto Rico (No1 bus) and the weekly markets which is great value with a lot going on for just £ 1.40 PP. A spar supermarket is just over the road a little further up the road . It’s well stocked for any essentials . Again as with other comments on here, upon leaving we asked if we could keep the room for a further few hours as we were not leaving unto late afternoon and we couldn't get told until the morning before leaving which is a bit of an inconvenience. Why they can't tell you before hand is pretty odd .... plus no other alternative was offered either which is a big negative.( we weren’t able to secure the room and had to check out by 12 ) and hang around until 1830 to be collected. Now the negative part , When I booked the hotel through the Jet2 contact centre I specified that my partner walks with the aid of a walking stick after recovering from a replacement hip operation. I specified that we needed a hotel within an hour commute from the airport. We were told that we would be one of the first destinations to be dropped off at and would be 60 minutes maximum. We were the second to last party to be dropped off over 2 and a half hour later. Not only that it was 1130 in the evening at a bus stop at the top of a hill, no explanation from the driver who just pointed at this building your hotel ? ? . We got our cases off the bus but didn’t have a clue where the hotel was. After about 30 minutes panicking a guy out walking his dog kindly escorted us about 10 minutes to the hotel down the hill. The driver was totally in the wrong leaving us in the location he did knowing my parter was walking with the aid of a walking stick . I have lodged a complaint with Jet2 and will update on receiving there response. The Rep covering this hotel did reach out and made contact and confirmed the return pick up point would be at the hotel entrance. Would we go back - Yes definitely"

"Excellent value for money , staff very helpful and polite .rooms clean and tidy . Great view from balcony . Pool lovely .quiet place . Nice few restaurants along the front . Food at b snack bar excellent .no rush for a sun bed . Can have a massage if you feel like it . ."
