Broncemar Beach

"Went on a midterm break family holiday. The apartment was average and we were under the impression that we had booked an apartment with a balcony. No balcony just ground level with a small area of sitting outside with no privacy and everyone passing by and looking at us. Music by the pool was totally rubbish and very average entertainment provided even at nighttime where kids were running amok all the time. The best was a flamenco dancer with a man playing Spanish guitar.. Would give the score of 3 out of ten overall"

"Excellent stay. Apartment was clean and tidy with regular maid service and clean towels.The poolside was spotless and well maintained with the added bonus of a functional heated pool.The reception staff were most helpful on this complex which is in a fantastic location with the resort and beach close by.My only issue would be the Wi-Fi signal which was inconsistent. All in all I would say it's terrific value for money and will definitely be returning."

"Location - was great as central to the main streets. Atmosphere - could have been better, some staff were just rude but other couldn't have been nicer. Met some lovely people on our stay. Rooms - we stayed in 105 with private terrace which was a shortish walk from the facilities. Rooms were lovely but very cold at times. Also they do not supply iron or ironing board at all. Value - I would personally say it was overpriced. All inclusive is not all inclusive. If you want certain drinks you pay extra. Food was not good, meals were never hot & people were using microwaves to heat their food up. Cleanliness - can't fault the cleaning staff rooms were very clean. Noise Level - from our room the noisiest were the taxi drivers at the rank just outside the hotel. Facilities - 1 pool & 1 hot tub were cordoned off the full time we were there. Bar staff - as stated before 1 girl was extremely rude but there was a lovely guy who was always friendly & approachable. There was also a waiter in restaurant who always had a smile on his face & said hello. The onsite shop is handy but very overpriced when you can walk approx 5mins & pay fraction of the price. Childrens entertainment - very outdated & the Barbie routine was cringeworthy. The Jet2 rep was lovely but we found that she was extremely loud, we booked an excursion & repeated our room no, mobile no & what day we were booking too loud as the reception was full at the time. Only for security reasons as it kinda announced what room & what day or room would be unoccupied. We passed this hotel on the way home last year & it looked lovely which is why we booked but unfortunately we would not stay again."
