"We’ve stayed in Caleta many times over the years and have visited various hotels, but this new hotel is without a doubt the best we’ve experienced. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and serviced daily with fresh bedding and towels. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, especially around the pool area, was outstanding. What really sets this hotel apart are Alba and Andre. They are truly exceptional and an absolute asset to the hotel. Their dedication, professionalism, and passion for what they do is clear to see. Every day they brought so much positivity, energy, and warmth, creating a relaxed, fun, and welcoming atmosphere for everyone around the pool. They went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt included, remembered people’s names, and always took the time to have a chat or share a laugh. Their enthusiasm was infectious, and they genuinely made such a difference to our holiday. The daytime activities were brilliantly organised, enjoyable, and suitable for all ages, with Alba and Andre making everything feel effortless and fun. It’s rare to come across staff who care so much about the guests’ experience, but Alba and Andre truly do. They were the highlight of our stay and a huge reason why this holiday was so memorable. We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat because of them. The sos man also worked very hard he went over and beyond to make sure the areas were clean at all times…"

"Arrived boxing day until 5th Jan. Location is central to shops restaurants and the beach. The rooms spotlessly clean with cleaners in every day and changing beds. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Asked for late checkout as flying in the evening , it wasnt a problem at a small fee. Alba and entertainment team were excellent around the pool. New Years eve in the square was so good with a huge stage and music. The only small complaint was the cost of the breakfast in the restaurant which was €16 , but found alot cheaper restaurants around. Would Highly recommend this hotel and have booked to come back the same time next year!! Thankyou ❤️"
