"Accommodation was spacious and had literally everything you needed in a one or two bedroom apartment. Staff were really friendly. We weren’t lucky with the weather but you could see how well kept the accommodation was. The new restaurant/bar was nice and we had drinks and lunch a couple of times. It was frustrating on Christmas day when we just wanted a drink outside late afternoon and the manager literally shouted at me that they were they were closed and we couldn’t order a drink. I understand that it was busy and they were maybe under pressure but there is no need to shout and be rude, put a sign outside, simple. Didn’t bother with the bar anymore and was happy to go outside for friendlier service. The one bedroom apartments, you have to go up stairs within the front door to get up to your apartment, so not ideal for elderly or for food shopping. All in all a good week and great facilities, recommend for those with a car and those with young children."

"Very clean throughout the room and property. Kitchen was fully equipped and had filtered water on tap (which is highly recommended as compared with bottled throughout the region). There was a washing machine in our suite, which was very handy for use. There are activities planned throughout the week, including an alternate location if the weather does not permit. There are a couple of restaurants on site as well as a well stocked 'la tienda'. In addition, there are LOTS of restaurants very close to the property. The access to the beach is very close. "
