GHT Tossa Park

"Started off with a 3 hour bus journey from the airport. Was told to get off the bus and onto another bus, had no clue where we were. We got dropped off at a bus station and no direction as to where the hotel was. Had to google maps it. Walked about 15 mins. No mention of this when I booked through on the beach. Got to hotel check in fine. They take 50 euro deposit. Was told need to make sure I empty the bins or won’t get money back. Got to room and was devastated. It was horrible. 3 single pull out dirty beds. Balcony felt unsafe. Horrible sewerage smell throughout full room. Couldn’t stay. Booked another hotel. I know you get what you pay for and we were just looking for somewhere to sleep but I have never experienced a hotel like that in all my days. Avoid. On the beach transfers wanted to pick us up at 1:30 am for a 8am flight. Taxi to airport 185 euros. The hotel we got was a 1 star and it actually had proper beds and a clean bathroom it felt like living in luxury compared to this hell hole. Oh and the lady on reception needs a good attitude check 👌"

"Room was basic but clean and in a great location. Unfortunately, we had no sleep at all due to a woman screaming, shouting and singing for the last 2 nights. We asked to move rooms but were told the guests would be leaving today, so hoping noise will stop. Absolutely exhausted and really disappointed that staff didn’t take it more seriously"

"Quite dated…No kettle or toaster and you had to request one…luckily we got to reception early otherwise we would have had to wait till someone went home…….you definitely expect there to be a kettle in your room. The lady on reception was very nice and helpful as was the security guard, who we had to call when we arrived at 1:45 am as the place was locked up……Arrived at the airport at 9:30 pm but was told our coach was not arriving till 11pm. It arrived at 11:25pm and we were the last drop off where we were just pointed to down the street. Luckily I had a signal and data and used google maps…..the hotel is approx 15 min walk away….no way would we have found it without our phones and dragging your cases through deserted streets at that time of the morning is no way to start your holiday…….We booked with On the Beach…….on the way home our pick up time for a ten am flight was at 4:25 am…….and again we had to walk to the bus station for the pick up………lovely pool but absolutely freezing,so hardly anyone used it……..lots of sun beds though……as others have said…you can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms……..would we go back…no we wouldn’t,but it was near to the front and had some nice bars and restaurants near by…….."
