"Firstly the check in process seemed to take an age, think we were about 45 mins. The food was rank and it was annoying constantly having to hand over your key card despite having a wrist band. Another thing was a pool bar that doesn’t serve all inclusive, absolutely pointless. A 15 euro taxi to the strip but a lot of nice places around the area the hotel is situated with a lot of nice walks. The roof top bar is worth a trip as it’s a beautiful view. The pools were cold but plenty of sunbeds and a really nice pool area. The hotel is also really clean and the rooms were fine with the a nice sea view. Can’t really comment on the entertainment as didn’t really stay in to watch. Mixed bag really but nowhere near as bad as alot of the other reviews. I would stay again if it was nearer the strip but think next time would stay nearer there."

"The night manager is totally not nice as'xxe ! His name is Maxim. I hope to him around 21:20 ,4 /11/2025 Tuesday , he keep saying he doesn't care 2nd night I sleep on pee !!!! And totally dirty mattress protector !!!! I said I want a parcial money refund for this and bad vegetarian food and intolerances of this guy shock me !!!! He said all of that , passport left in kebab shop, etc, because I want money back!!!! Ashoxx and his night colleagues are not better either, but daily recepcion staff is really nice, normal, and friendly, but nightmare nighttime recepcion !!!!"

"First trip to Benidorm and the hotel was well priced and looked amazing, we enjoyed our stay but was not 4 star and the all inclusive isn’t necessarily so. We arrived at 3am and was checked in, the receptionist wasn’t exactly welcoming but again it was 3am so possibly understandable. We went up to our room on the 3rd floor which had a bathroom with sunken bath, 2 double beds and a balcony as we we had requested before we stayed. The bedroom was clean apart from some dust and hairs in the bath. Room was a bit dated but otherwise fine for the price. The pools were lovely (if a bit cold but you want to cool off) and plenty of sun loungers. There’s two restaurants that serve the same food. Breakfast offered a good variety however wasn’t very warm but there were fresh fried eggs and ham and cheese toasties. Juice and coffee available but often a little wait for the machines. We tended to use the snack bar for lunch to make the most of being by the pool which was mainly salad, burgers, chips, onion rings and chicken nuggets. Dinner we ate out as the time we went it was extremely busy and not much option apart from meat or fish. Drinks on all inclusive are mainly lager, spirits (own brand) and soft drinks. Cocktails are charged and so are slushys. There is a safe in the room but you have to pay to use this. I accidentally broke the shower head which was replaced the same day and the cleaner forgot to leave towel once which was sorted by room service within the hour. Staff attitude is mixed, some are friendly and helpful, others are blunt and will try to ignore you especially if English and all inclusive. Lifts are small and often a wait due to how high the building is and how many people are staying. We didn’t use the spa or rooftop bar as charged. Lots of add ons to fully experience the hotel but the hotel itself was a nice hotel. Don’t book if you expect to be in Benidorm as a bus/taxi trip away from the town."
