"Thoroughly enjoyed a 1 week stay here in early October. This 3 star Hotel is better than many supposed 4 stars We have stayed in. Its in an ideal location for walking to the beach or visiting the quaint "Old Town". Also close to bus stops and Tram station for venturing further afield. The Hotel offers a decent size pool and sun bathing area along with ample sunbeds. Breakfast was first class with a large variety of good quality food. Staff were helpful and friendly and we would most definitely recommend this Hotel to explore the many delights of Alicante. A special mention to Juan C Morales on reception who was very helpful with our Room requests. ( Room 607 with views of the sea and the Castle of Santa Barbera. We will return !"

"The reception service was extremely poor. The staff appeared unfriendly and unwelcoming, which created a negative first impression. This didn't improve. The property was reasonably clean, but unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning."

"Stayed for a week in this lovely hotel, room and bathroom were very comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was very good, fresh orange juice, lovely fruit and excellent coffee. Beautiful pool but only negative of our stay was that it was very cold. Pool service was excellent. We ate out a number of nights but had both lunch and dinner a few times in the hotel,which was excellent, the food far exceeded out expectations as did the service. Would definitely go back again and would dine more often in the hotel as the food was excellent."
