"We stayed here for 4 nights in October. The hotel was very nice, situated very conveniently, with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Room was attended to daily. Room was clean, twin beds, tv (did not use) and nice sized wardrobe. There was a fridge and mini bar too if required. Bathroom was spacious and roomy, with complimentary toothbrushes, shower cap provided. Buffet breakfast was available at 13 Euros per person but we decided to eat out as was better value, considering neither of us each much in the morning. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Check in is from 2 30PM and departure by 12 Noon. Luggage storage is available. We took our own kettle as there are no Tea/ Coffee making facilities in the room. Metro station is 5 minutes walk from hotel, right outside a nice Primark store!"

"We had never been to Bilbao and wanted a hotel well located and this is what we got. Right in the centre of things and very well kept. Lovely room, spacious and clean. We arrived while the festival was on so the place was busy. We had booked for bed and breakfast, which had a few hiccups. The first two day no issues but the other days chaos as not enough tables, seating and staff. We eventually got sorted but this was the only thing we could complain about. There was a good selection of food but needs better organisation on busy days. We would definitely return and would recommend. Also easy to get from the airport on the bus and a short walk to hotel."

"The hotel was beautiful, and although our room wasn’t exactly like the one shown in the photos, it was very large and spacious for three people. Lots of mirrors, just how we like it, so we could all get ready at the same time. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and complete, and the dining room was lovely and spacious, with very pleasant restaurant staff who assisted us at all times. The location was excellent — you could walk around and be close to many shops and major tourist and historical attractions, including the Guggenheim Museum and tourist bus offices. In fact, the hotel even turned out to be one of the meeting points for a tour we had booked, completely by coincidence. The staff’s service was the kindest of all."
