"The hotel is new, vey well done, all areas are stylish and and practical, but the magic is the view, it is great during the day, and simply superb at night. The hotel has access to the bridge, you can walk on the bridge and be downtown in 5 minutes (the walk is great, great view of the river, the city, and the sunset) or take the elevator down to walk on the bottom of the bridge and the embarkment, or go to the porto cellars. There are great views from the restaurant, gym, outdoor pool (closed for the season) , and from every room on the hotel. Go before everyone discovers it, and prices become unaffordable."

"My family and I stayed there for two nights and what a beautiful place. From reception such warm welcome. Are you looking for clean rooms with clean bathrooms and comfortable beds, Vincci ponte de ferro will offer all that. The breakfast, generous selections of fresh fruit, delicious Portuguese cheeses, delicious pastries and a wide selection, your coffee and teas, eggs and yes you will eat to your fill. I highly recommend Vincci ponte de ferro to anyone who wants a peace of mind. 😀"

"There were MULTIPLE problems during my stay. For one, the lobby, which can be quoted by others, had a distinctive stench in the lobby and back by the elevators. The staff hung up on me upon (on purpose) calling to make a request to re-clean the room as it wasn't cleaned correctly at all. And there is a lack of dining variety. The staff was just also not friendly nor helpful. I remember asking to use the phone so I could make a call to have a car pick me up because i didn't have a phone and they said no and they said no to their personal phone as well and told me to walk down the street with no phone and no direction of getting their to find a booth. For in room dining services, I asked for spaghetti bolognese without meat and they told me they could make it and arrived with dry noodles and sauteed vegetables, no sauce and forgot part of my order."
