Doubletree by Hilton-Fontana Park

"We started there for 3 nights and came back a week later for only one night, Check in and check out was easy. Rooms were clean and very well appointed. The black hallways were something to get used to and the elevators were small. What sets this Hilton Doubletree apart is the restaurant staff. The food was excellent, but the service was the best we’ve ever experienced. Very intuitive, kind and almost anticipatory. Always happy to see us and happy to be there. Superlative in almost every way. 6 stars of 5."

"Don’t stay in executive wing. Horrible hotel- have to go through a Starbucks to get to your room. No security. Floor to ceiling windows but now soundproof so could hear people walking and talking on the street until 3 am. Stay away"

"We stayed in room 151 from September 1 to September 3, 2025. During our stay, we experience the following events. 1. We asked for a wake-up call. We never received it. 2. Their were not the complete tower set for us to clean up. 3. We reserved an interconnected room, and we got one "family room" as they named it. 4. When we complain, they avoid responsibility on their part. 5. The team at the front desk was insensitive to our complaint. 6. On their website, they showed a room we didn't get. 7. They missleaded with images like a fraid, they broke our thrust, and made us feel like it was our mistake. 8. They overcharged the room rate compared to the room rate of what we got."
