"I was worried about this location after reading previous reviews, but was delighted with our stay. One week in October, pools and grounds immaculate and qell tended. apartment has all you need, refreshed 3 times during our stay which was more than expected for self catering. Reception could be a little more helpful in directing you to apartment and amenities on arrival as the grounds are huge, but very good for booking you a taxi .Only 10 minutes to old town in a taxi. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Would definately book here again if returning."

"Just arrived back from balaia golf resort and got to admit I read some of the reviews before I went and I almost changed accommodation, glad I didn't. I had a 2 bed superior apartment and upon arrival was clean, spacious and overlooking the pool. The grounds where beautiful and everyday there where workers out maintaining it. Our apartment was cleaned 3 times in our 7 night stay. Pool cleaned daily, fresh towels. Staff where friendly. I emailed before hand to ask for an apartment close to everything as my autisic son couldn't walk far and they were more than happy to help. Our apartment was 3 min walk from reception and breakfast. Only issue I had was they didn't tell me my check out time so was rushing trying to get out and had over an hour wait for out transfer but that it is all. The resort is beautiful so don't be put off by the reviews."

"I stayed at this accommodation as part of a family of 9. The rooms were extremely spacious and clean. We were given an early check in as the usual check in isnt until 5 but our room was ready at 1pm. I cannot fault the service at all we requested a travel cot and was promptly provided one by reception. The location is perfect - very quiet but with easy access to the main strip and approx a 20 min walk to the beach although a taxi was only 3 euros for those that dont want to walk. The rooms were clean, bedding changed regularly and every morning we saw the pool being cleared of any fallen leaves etc. I would definitely stay again."
