"The best resort ever. The hotel is extremely clean, staff is cleaning all the time each corner of the hotel. The rooms were very special, large, bed super comfy, the view of the rooms was very nice: pool view and Atlas Mountain with access to the patio with garden and pool. We came with our triplets, small babies and we are enjoying the resort a lot. Kids and adult entertainment are very good, the kids club is also very helpful. There is a shop inside the resort from where I bought many things that I needed (face cream, scarf, souvenirs, toys for kids, traditional tea pot and glasses, etc.). I could pay by card, which was very helpful. They have travel agencies inside the resort and we booked trips via them. All the trips were amazing. With 3 small babies we did trip to Marrakech by taxi and by carriage with horses and trip to Anima gardens. We want to also go to a farm which is 5 min by car from the hotel and to the Atlas Mountain etc. When we arrived they welcomed us with special tea and pastries, it was a great surprise and we had the pleasure and honour to meet Mr Zack. The next day we also met Mrs Nora as we wanted to say hi to Mrs Nora who helped us with our booking and made our trip amazing. The rooms were very nice decorated to celebrate my birthday (flowers, nice decorations, fruits, sweets and water, balloons, happy birthday signage, etc.). They also aranged an amazing birthday cake and entertainment for my birthday. It was a very nice surprise that I will never forget. They made me feel very special. I noticed that every guest is treated nicely here in this resort. Every member of the hotel is very friendly, welcoming and very supportive. The pools were amazing, both outdoor and indoor ( indoor were heated). The animators are extremely good, they work hard the whole day. It is a pleasure to see how they perform every day. We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Mrs Nora, Zack and the team at Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Club, Marrakech for the special treatment and for the amazing welcoming and the best rooms that we are currently staying in, for the special birthday celebration and for all your kindness and generosity. We love everyone here, we will recommend to everyone this place and we will definitely be back here. As a family with 3 small babies, we needed such a good place. Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Club, Marrakech is an extremely good resort with a big Aqua park, with pools for small and big kids, it is recommend for families with kids, for couples, for eldery people, for single persons, basically for everyone. We felt very special here, we did not feel as a number. They also have gym and SPA where you can enjoy a massage.
They have sport club where people can watch foodball etc enjoying drings and snaks. They have a bakery from where you can have sandwiches, cakes and drinks. The food is so delicious and diverse, you won't be bored of it. The variety of food: tanjine from Morrocoo, pizza, pasta, sushi, asian food, a variety of salads, soups, french fries, BBQ, lots of fruits and sweets, cakes, rice, for breakfast: porridge, fruits, yoghurt, eggs, sausages, salads, etc. There is food all the time. Water, coffee, cocktails and other drinks are available aĺl the time. The rooms are cleaned every day, they are spotless. The beds are very comfy. The resort is very well located, outside of the crowded spaces of Marrakech, not too far from Marrakech, Anima gardens, a pet farm, camel ride, Smile Fun Park, Atlas Mountain, etc. The locations is ideal for everyone who doesn't like crowded places. We loved it. The hotel helped us to get transportation from the airport and on the way back to the airport. We booked the taxi via the hotel. The taxi driver was very good. The place is 100% safe. People are very kind here. I read many bad reviews and I do not understand why they were posted, as I know stay in this resort and everything is spotless. The service at the restaurant is very good. People will always try to help us with what we need. Bad things about this place: nothing is bad here. I booked our stay here 2nd Dec-16th of Dec, we are enjoying our stay a lot. The entertainment team is wow too.
Inside the resort there are professional photographers if you wish to have professional photos as memory from Morrocoo. They decorated nicely the hotel for Christmas.
