"Lovely staff and facility. The pool is awesome with a waterfall jets and the gym well provisioned. The staff knew it was my birthday and brought us a bottle of bubbles and strawberries with a card. Really nice touch. You are out of the way here, to get into central Florence requires a train or cab and the trains were very full at commuting/school time."

"Place is clean and service is good. Overall we had a great time staying at this hotel. They were very welcoming and the place is affordable and good distance to the city. It is accessible from the city via tram and the hotel provides shuttle service to go to the tram station. I do have one small comment where they can improve upon - I am a diamond member so I was told I have access to the lounge, which was great, but I just wish we knew that hot food is served in the evening.. it was not clearly said when we were told we have access to the lounge. I thought it’s just drinks and some snacks so I could’ve grabbed some light dinner at the lounge instead of getting a soup from the restaurant, I think this is my only critique about the hotel. The shuttle service is amazing! Huge shout out to our shuttle driver Samuel at night!! He has been great every evening and made sure we are comfortable, well taken care of even at the last few minutes of the shuttle service of the day he waited for us at 9:58pm! He also gave us some fantastic local tips while visiting Florence as well. Attached is a photo of the lounge."
