"We booked this hotel as it was advertised as 4*, but in reality it felt more like a 3* at best. The facilities didn’t match what was promised – no gym, no bike hire (despite being advertised), and only one small pool instead of the large one shown in promotional photos. Evening entertainment was also advertised but never took place during our stay. Service was poor throughout. Reception staff were unhelpful and even claimed they’d “never heard of TUI” when we asked about excursions. At dinner, the head of service made us feel uncomfortable, and the whole dining experience lacked atmosphere – no music, no warmth, just a very unwelcoming vibe. Our room was very basic and dated, with hard beds and no coffee-making facilities (and we were told we couldn’t hire one). Overall, the holiday was disappointing, misleadingly advertised, and not at the standard we expected when booking."

"The hotel itself it beautiful, the staff are very helpful , friendly and accommodating. Location is fantastic, and the food was amazing. There was always plenty of parking spaces outside for the hire car. The bedroom room we paid slightly more for was disappointing being described as 'Superior' it had nothing that made it superior - infact it has nothing in it, but a bed and two bedside tables, nothing to sit on inside, the hotel described it as having a 'living area with seating'. When asked at reception whether we were actually in a Superior room - we were told the seating area is outside - great if the weather is good, however we had a few days of rain and thunder so sitting outside wasn't an option. The the fabrics (bedding) were dated, bobbly and well used. I emailed in advance to ask if there was entertainment at the hotel and they confirmed there was a DJ on Sundays and Thursdays, so we planned eating out around these two nights however this was not the case when we arrived there was no entertainment on any night. Other than the room needing updated, everything else was perfect. The grounds and gardens are pristine as is the pool area and the place is immaculately clean and we'll kept."

"yes the Location was fine Proximity to major attractions, beach, city center, or transport hubs. Surrounding environment is nice scenery if you have a walk -Check-in & Reception Experience No friendliness on the check-in process. missing Professionalism and helpfulness of front desk staff. -Room Quality & Comfort The rooms was outdated, needs maintenance, no window , very old style rooms, no amenities in general, not attractive at all. Bed comfort, linens, and pillow basic quality. -Food & Beverage Experience Quality, variety of breakfast was terrible for me that i don't eat sugar, same ham & cheese for the all 5 days i guess if for the all season, we do not find any products from Sardinia at all in the breakfast , all packet food, no good honey, no yogurt, i had to eat watermelon , i bad coffee and 1 ham for the all 5 days, this is shameful, we go to Sardinia to eat Sardinia products. coffee only from machines with water and Syrup juices, and no fresh juices at all. Only 1 evening a stop for dinner , my tuna steak arrived after 2 minutes i asked for, i guess was ready cooked and serve it to me. Poor Service , people never smile, very poor mentality service , no ideal for a holidays guests Facilities & Amenities the Pool was just ok, anyway outdated, very shallow to swim no facilities at all, no gym or anything else. No Value for Money no Fairness of pricing compared to quality received. Overall Atmosphere was very dull, no ambience, no decor of the resort. Needs a 360 renovation and vision."
