Hotel Varese

"The staff at Hotel Varese were exceptionally kind and helpful. We had to leave Italy early due to a family emergency, which required calling a credit card company long-distance to negotiate flight changes. Since we were unable to make calls from our phone, the staff generously allowed us to use the hotel phone. The credit card company returned calls via the hotel line, and the staff even came to our room to notify us when they called — much of this taking place in the middle of the night. Bruno, the night receptionist, personally came to our room to let us know when calls came through and even brought an espresso while we were on the phone with the credit card company at 3:00 a.m. Another staff member, a very kind woman whose name we unfortunately did not catch, was the first to allow us to use the hotel phone. She also kindly heated up our dinner from the grocery store and plated it for us so we could enjoy it comfortably in our room. The next morning, when we explained our situation to Daniel at the front desk, he immediately offered to relist the room so that we might receive a refund for the unused night. In short, the staff at Hotel Varese went far above and beyond to assist us and make us feel cared for. The breakfast, cleanliness, and location of the hotel were also all excellent. Highly recommended."

"We have just returned from a 4 night stay here and cannot wait to return! The hotel is a 2 minute walk from Termini station and easily accessible by walking to all the sights! The staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious 😋 we ate at ‘Ristorante Andrea’ which is just around the corner, the food and service here was amazing, so much so, we ate here every night!! We look forward to returning! The rooms are clean and well maintained 🥰"
