"This was our fifth stay here in last 4 years (we stay at the beginning of our trip as well as the end). The quality has remained the same at a 5 star level Front desk staff and manager are among the best i have experienced in my travels. Bellman is there to assist if needed - very helpful for us. Room is smaller than past rooms but i booked at a lower level because prices are rising (due popularity of rome and this hotel in off season) Breakfast offerings are great and better than other hotels we have stayed at One potential issue - street noise- even with windows and shutters closed. We have always been in non street facing rooms but this trip we got a room facing Via Cavour. It can get quite noisy during the night. It woke me but i sleep lighter than my wife who slept through everything"

"Great location! We came to Rome via train, and the hotel was a 10-minute walk. We arrived before check-in time, but they allowed us to check in early and also upgraded our room. It was beautiful. ALL staff were great. Would stay again!"

"It's a great location! Close to the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. The hotel rooms are spacious and have all the amenities that you need. AC is a bit weak and it didn't give you info on how to change it to suit your needs. The tub is huge....deep...great for baths, but tough to get into if you have mobility issues or are short in stature. The breakfast is good, but the room isn't big enough. They need to fix that so that it accommodates larger groups."
