"We chose this hotel due to its proximity to Napoli Centrale train station - it's literally opposite the main entrance to the station. This makes things very easy if you're using the train systems to get to other places (Pompeii, Amalfi Coast, etc...). We took the Alibus from Naples airport and it drops you at the station - took about 15 mins and cost 5 euros - great value. The hotel itself was lovely. Very friendly front-desk staff and the room was large, clean and air-conditioned. It had a great view out across the station piazza (Piazza Garibaldi) with Vesuvius in the far distance. Great sound-proofing too - with the windows shut you couldn't hear the hustle and bustle of the square, or you could leave the window open and enjoy hearing the sounds (and horns) of Naples going about its business. We had breakfast on 3 mornings that we were there. Lots of choice in what you could eat and you get the chance to eat it out on the bar terrace in the early morning sun with fantastic views across Naples whilst you eat. Also had some drinks there too and the service was great. A lovely place to sit and take in the atmosphere. Brilliant location - we could walk to one of the main streets full of fantastic restaurants and bars (Via Tribunali) in under 10 mins. Some of streets around the hotel are a little untidy and grubby but at no point did we feel unsafe or threatened. Naples has a lovely (chaotic) vibe and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"There is so much to write here so I will just bullet point 😆 -Amazing location right in front of the central station, market stalls and restaurants/cafes all around -Sergio and I didn’t catch the other gentleman’s name that checked us in but special thank you to them both for a smooth and friendly check in after hours of travel -I booked 2 rooms for myself and my mum and they arranged them next to each other. My room was 514 and you could fit 4 of me in the bed it was huge! My view was exceptional and pretty similar to the view on the rooftop of floor 6, was the best way to start and end my day looking out of the window. My mum’s room had a balcony which was perfect for her also. -Biggest freshest variety of breakfast with stunning 180 views of Naples including Mount Vesuvius -All the staff from reception, to the rooftop to the cleaners were so kind, helpful, engaged in pleasantries and welcoming every single day and are a credit to this hotel! -I booked here based off all the other reviews on here and can say, truly exceeded my expectations I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family and hope to return again in Room 514😆 THANK YOU FOR A MEMORABLE STAY!"
