"I chose this hotel due its location and the rooftop bar. My room was small and had an odd bathroom setup, but was clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to restaurants and easily walkable to all things in the city center"

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms had been updated. The breakfast was comprehensive. Facing the street there was trolly noise until late. There is a charming rooftop deck with lovely views. Unfortunately there is no non smoking area up there so there was no way to get away from the smoke. The hotel is very central - it is one street over from a shopping street and around the corner from the Duomo."

"This is second time we stay on Hotel Cavalieri in Milano . This 4 Star hotel the service is very poor . The Breakfast; is average No Bananas?For $ 900. AUD this is very poor !! No Greek yoghurt! All the cake they are frozen cake nothing is fresh ! The bread is NOT Labeled? Customer they not know Which bread they want to eat ? Room for 4 Star hotel they are very poor!! The lift is nightmare the middle one not working most of the time .. Again top price but the Hotel is not 4 star ! May be 2 star only . We will not stay here any more !"
