Adult-friendly studios in a laid-back complex
The Princess Studios fit right in with the Greek island aesthetic, with peach-hued walls and terracotta roof tiles, plus a cloaking of glossy palms. It’s in a brilliant setting, too, just a short walk from Tsilivi’s sandy beach and a huge line-up of bars and restaurants. Zante Town, the isle’s cosmopolitan capital, is a few minutes’ drive away, and offers boutique shopping and an electric nightlife scene.
Days here are pretty relaxed. There’s a lovely laid-back feel to the outdoor terrace, which plays host to a good-size swimming pool and a cheerful line-up of cushioned loungers and umbrellas in sky-blue and sunshine-yellow shades. A chill-out playlist provides the soundtrack out here, and the nearby bar sorts out refreshments. The vibe here is a little more grown-up, so the hotel only accepts guests aged 13 or over.
Elsewhere, there’s a restaurant serving international fare, a children’s playground, and an indoor bar. The hotel is renowned for its lively Greek nights, which welcome local fire breathers and Zorba dancers.
In terms of accommodation, you’ve got the choice of studios and two-bedroom apartments. They all have kitchenettes with a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a hob, which means they’re perfect for self-catering. Plus, you’ll have air-conditioning, a TV, a private bathroom and a safe. There’s also free wi-fi in the rooms if you want to stay connected while you’re away.
