Club Zante Plaza

"Very helpful and friendly staff , rooms are clean and spacious. Food is good . Would definitely return to this hotel. Things that could be improved. Tea and coffee facilities in the room but not bottled water in the fridge. Coffee machine in the dining hall was constantly running out of milk , however staff were doing their best to keep up with this. Some food items were going cold especially at breakfast ie bacon . My biggest issue was the wasp problem. If you wanted to eat outside on the terrace the wasps would swarm you very quickly and it's overwhelming. Hopefully they can fix this . In all not to much wrong and we were happy with our stay . The staff really went out of their way for us on a couple of occasions which we really appreciated."

"A lovely, small and friendly hotel. Club Zante Plaza was a small but super friendly hotel. It was perfect for our first girls trip aboard. Although we weren’t visiting Laganas for its known party strip, we were located right on it making it very accessible, for if we wanted to go out. We did however enjoy how close it was to all the beach restaurants/bars and visited these a lot during the evenings. The hotel was also close to the bus stop, making it super easy to visit Zakynthos town which was only a short bus ride. The drinks menu was perfect and we had no faults with this at all, the buffets were great too! We loved having the themed nights to look forward to. The staff within the hotel were very helpful with my friend who was gluten free, making us aware of what contained gluten. They were more than happy to provide gluten free bread and even cooked up gluten free pasta dishes too. We had no issues with getting beds around the pool, even after being out on boat trips for the day. The room was clean and just what we needed for our 7 nights away, the maids cleaned and replaced our towels daily which was much appreciated. Having a little fridge in the room was handy too, to store bottles of water. We did have to pay extra for air con, however that is stated on arrival and when you visit Club Zante Plaza, when not booking directly with them. We did pay for this but actually found it wasn’t so bad in the evenings and we could have managed without. We were able to book late check out the day before our departure which was well worth the money to have almost a whole extra day worth of pool time, drinks and tanning. The lady at reception was very helpful with this and allowed us to keep the same room until our transfer. We had no issues with any noise during the night, I know a few reviews said to avoid due to being disturbed in the night due to being on the strip but we had no problems at all ( although bare in mind we went during beginning of September so this is after peak party season.) Staff go above and beyond and are a credit to the hotel, they really did make our time here at Club Zante Plaza the most fun time. So thank you to them. Highly recommend this hotel for a nice base when travelling in or around Laganas. Thank you Club Zante Plaza and all the team."

"I have not long returned from a great stay at this hotel, and had a lovely break despite the weather. first off the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was very nice clean with plenty of storage for clothes and the maid came in every day to clean the room. the food i know is a personal taste but i found it to be very good with plenty of choice. i would certainly pay this hotel another visit. I stayed here from 26/09/25 to 06/10/25 ant there was plenty of bars and restaurants still open in Laganas and it wasn't too noisy"
