"We enjoyed our stay at Venus Sunrise Suites. We stayed here this September in sunny Vourvoulos, Santorini for 10 days. Accommodation is new, clean and modern style. Jacuzzi was nice and warm with wonderful views of the Sun rising and the Aegean sea. All the Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. A big thank you to Ilias and Elena who manage the hotel. Breakfast which was included for us was enjoyable with plenty on offer to eat, all fresh and tasty. Vourvoulos village nearby has 2 mini markets and 3 Restaurants, we visited the Aidani Greek restaurant nearby which we really enjoyed. There are many more in Imerovigli up the road along the Caldera, enjoyed eating in The Aegean, Rare Greek and Mama Lena restaurants. A 20 minute walk in the morning to the local beach - Paralia Vourvoulos to keep the pounds off ! certainly worth a visit and there is a Fish restaurant nearby, beach not very busy, peaceful early in the morning. The hotel runs free transportation to Fira every day, 11am and 5pm but you will have to make your own way back to the hotel. Your own transport is certainly needed if you wish to tour the Island. The hotel can organize car or bike rentals if required. We hired a Quad Bike for 5 days which we found very handy!. Lastly the Hotel runs a What's App group chat with you so if you need anything at the hotel or out and about you can message the staff at the hotel. We would certainly recommend staying at the Venus Sunrise Suites and we do hope to return again for another stay sometime soon."
