"This is the 5th time we have visited this hotel & will book again for next year. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the old town with views over the ferry & cruise boat ports. Top floor rooms also have wonderful views over the old town. Most of the rooms are a suite with bedroom, lounge, kitchen area & a balcony - so lots of space. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Pool / beach towels are available on request. The reception staff are lovely & we understand most of the staff have been here for many years. Only reason haven’t given 5 stars is that the bathrooms are now getting a bit tired - showers are all above the bath. Also the hotel was full when we stayed and the breakfast got rather busy with many items of food, crockery & cutlery running out. The staff did their best, but they probably need another person to help. However overall a good hotel which is recommended."

"Kitchen floor flooded on arrival, freezer door was broken and it melted on the floor, they were reluctant to dry it or give us towels to dry. Kitchen sealing was also wet and dripping materials, they just said we'll fix it like that was a few minute job. If we wanted to change rooms, we would have ro leave our luggage, medicine and food on lobby without supervison for a day that we had rented a car. The woman on reseption was very moody, never smiled and was like we were interrupting her. They didn't see the problem we saw. Very sad and disappointed on our 30th anniversary trip. Never avain here. Not worth 4stars."
